Nigerians who were stranded in the United Kingdom following the coronavirus lockdown arrived Lagos.
Roughly 300 returnees were said to have arrived at the airport in Lagos on a British Airways flight on Friday at about 13:45 on Friday.
Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa said, the returnees will be isolated for 14 days before going back to meet with thier families.
The process is required to make sure that the coronavirus-status of every returnee is ascertained.
The evacuations have become neccessary as the pandemic continues to sweep through the world.
