RSUTH and UNIPORT announced the commencement of covid-19 test

Rivers State University Teaching hospital and University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital have declared the commencement of coronavirus tests in their facilities with a combined total of five Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) machines.


Three of the testing machines were donated to RSUTH by two oil multinational companies.


The Chief Medical Director of UPTH and RSUTH, Professor Henry Ugboma and Dr. Friday Aaron in separate statements said this would go a long way in supporting Rivers State fight Covid-19 pandemic.
