Federal government of Nigeria has successfully bring back the first batch of Nigerians abroad since countries shut their airspace as a measure to suppress the covid-19 pandemic.
The 265 Nigerians were evacuated from the United Arab Emirates UAE back to Nigeria due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The foreign ministry said,
"the emigrant will undergo a compulsory 14-day quarantine in a monitored environment."
